So, the first part of my first FREE story on Wattpad is now available to read.

The plan is to release a new chapter/ part of the story each week and to feature several different pieces of flash fiction all linked together - inspired by both a post on an abandoned building group I follow on here and the V/H/S series of movies.

A group of teens decide to spend Halloween in an old, abandoned derelict building called The Tape House, full of old V/H/S and Betamax tapes, not realising what they are letting themselves in for…

The idea is to make some of the stories interactive, so if there’s something you’d like me to feature in an upcoming story that might appear on one of the future tapes, feel free to make a suggestion. 

The plan is to use writing prompts/ photos to come up with each of the stories as I write them, and the idea is that by offering readers something for free, it might whet their appetite for some of my paid work.

So far, I’ve only written the first chapter to get the ball rolling, but the next instalment will be coming very soon…
