Well December is on us and, as a chef, as you can imagine it is all busy, busy, busy.......
The credit crunch has had some effect but we are still really, really busy at the hotel during the day and there are some busy nights when we have dinner dances. This was really a bit of a bad time to start a Blog because not getting much time off but will post as much as I can when I can!!
